• whenever you are asked to fill in a form, you will be asked if you wish to be contacted by the charity for updates and marketing purposes.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. The data will be stored on the Shrewsbury and Telford NHS Trust (SaTH) IT network and will not be accessed by SaTH staff except for the maintenance of the IT system, the data will not be used by SaTH or any of its employees. The charity holds your personal data on database software supplied and maintained by Harlequin Software Ltd (Harlequin).  The data will not be accessed by Harlequin staff except for the maintenance of the database and the data will not be used by Harlequin or any of its employees. Harlequin operates within the UK and is regulated by UK laws. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to Fundraising Office, Hamar Centre, Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, Mytton Oak Road, Shrewsbury, Shropshire SY3 8XQ . If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
